In the unlikely event that your furniture is faulty please report to us within three days of noticing the fault by emailing us at with your contact number, a brief description of the fault and include pictures where possible. Please note that you may be required to conduct a diagnostic via telephone to ensure the fault can’t be immediately rectified.

If the damage requires more intensive investigation, we will then either arrange for a technician to call to your home, organise a collection of the item, or if convenient you can personally return the item to your nearest store.
